Return Policy
What you need to know.
At MarTech, we do not offer refunds but are committed to replacing any factory-defective items covered under their respective warranty terms. A replacement will be provided only if the product is proven to have a factory or manufacturing defect, not caused by misuse, mishandling, or external physical damage by the customer.
Examples of eligible defects include internal malfunctions, battery issues, or screen problems that occur without any physical damage. Damages like cracked screens, scratches, water exposure, unauthorized repairs, or wear and tear from regular use are not covered. The phone screen warranty is valid within its period, but it does not include free delivery.
If the defect is confirmed and within the warranty period, the item will be replaced with the same model or an equivalent from the same brand, and all delivery and return shipping costs will be covered by us.
To request a replacement, please contact us via WhatsApp or email, providing your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a brief explanation. Our team will review your case and respond promptly.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 24 hours
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
If your item is approved as factory defective and within warranty:
We will replace it with the same model or an equivalent item from the same brand.
Delivery and return shipping are free of charge for valid replacement cases.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
